Return Period

You may return products within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted for products of equal value.

To request an exchange, contact us at Support@disyfurnita.com with your order details before sending the item.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 1 business day.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  2. You will receive a free downloadable return shipping label by email.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided label.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:
